A Quickie Teaser

Before I run out of my little office I had to blog this tiny bitty teaser for my absolute sweet (oops I am not allowed to say sweet or cute!) crazily wonderful sexy couple! I love them so much and they have the coolest ideas which you will see for yourself soon! I know Ann-Marie is checking the blog so for now these "boring" images ;-) of some of the locations we shot.
The most hilarious was that cat who slept on that derelict door frame until we came and disturbed her heavenly sleep.

This gives a small hint of what we were up to.... but you have to wait to see the
real story!

Big smooch to Ann-Marie & Clint... the waiting is soon over!

On the COVER!!!

I am so excited to show the cover of FIRST magazine. Yes, this is the ueber-talented Soprano Miriam Cauchi who shines from the cover of First! I can't tell you how excited I have been ever since I heard she was interviewed by well-known journalist and editor Marie Benoit. I have known Miriam for maybe one and a half months but I am in sheer awe when I learned how many things she's accomplished so far in her life and how many things are happening for her right now. Last Saturday, she was on the talk show Bla Agenda, on Sunday she was front cover, next Saturday she will be starring, e.g. performing at Il Magazzino, Valletta Waterfront. It will be a heavenly night "with a mix of popular classic songs and arias and more".
I am ever so proud of Miriam to see and witness where this path of life is taking her, I feel euphoric and humbled that Miriam has made me a part of of her path.

Here's the interview and magazine spread:
The front cover and first image were taken at Palazzo Parisio, Naxxar and will be featuring soon here on the blog

Dream Locations

Hey, everyone! Where have I been lately? This is really an exciting time for me. Many things are happening around here and I can't wait to share it all with you. But for now, I still have to leave the cat in the bag.. err..is that actually a saying in English? Anyhow, keep fastened in your seats, here's a tiny sneak what recently inspired me.

A little fairytale story in one of Malta's most beautiful palaces:

An amazing spring shoot in one of Malta's most hidden places.

Home away from Home

Have you planned your next trip yet? Ever thought of spending your summer on the Maltese islands? Today, I have a little insider feature for you of the newly revamped Park Lane Hotel in Malta. It's the perfect place if you look for something between a hotel and a low cost, self catering apartment, which is central and and at the same time close to the sea. What makes the Park Lane special though are the people who run it, everyone is so welcoming and friendly, you'll never want to leave it. If you don't believe me just go on tripadvisor.com and read for yourself. The Park Lane does practically no advertisement and neither will you be able to book it over a tour operator. It thrives through satisfied, returning guests and their word of mouth!

Let me take you for a small tour around it:

The Penthouse with terrace. Imagine chilling out in the morning and having this view!

Look at the new tableware. That's how I would love to eat my breakfast every day!

The new housekeeper Jacqui makes sure every room has a special detail

The living area of the penthouse

I really dig the new bathroom design!

Happy colours to brighten up your day!

The pool area, which will also be getting a facelift very soon, with the fantastic view of Bugibba and St. Paul's Island. Mind you it was March

Look at this amazing sunset. Can you imagine yourself watching these sunsets every evening?!

One last view of the pool with the setting sun! *sigh*

If you would like to know more head over to the Park Lane Hotel's website or E-Mail them directly info(at)parklanemalta(dot)com and tell them how you have found them!

I would like to thank Parklane's wonderful housekeeper Jacqui for showing me around and helping me throughout the shoot.
